Carmel Pearl Spa is a tiny spa and hotel in the centre of Haifa. There are only two suites to sleep in and its original design is a big house that was turned into a hotel. The decoration of the hotel is really cute and earthy with plants and stones. Included in the package is a Jacuzzi, Sauna, rest area, unlimited coffee, wine, free breakfast at the local restaurant and a 45 minute massage. Because the spa is small, there aren't as many facilities as you would find in a normal spa. The sauna was broken when we got there but they reimbursed us 150 nis per person, which I found very honest.
The staff was incredibly nice and did everything they could to ensure a pleasant stay for us. We had the whole place to ourselves and it was incredible. The massage was also very pleasant, and the women were really attentive to our needs. For me the best part about this place, was that it was impeccably clean. Not Israeli standards, North American standards. The room was impeccable, you couldn't even see a speck of dust. The hotel room was very rustically decorated, aesthetic, and super clean, a true pleasure.
It might be a tiny expensive for the facilities that it offers, but the customer service and the atmosphere was so welcoming that I don't regret my time there, and I would recommend it to anyone.
* The restaurants they work with say they use kosher ingredients, but they are open on shabbat. Their wine and coffee is kosher. If this is important to you, call them up and ask them what deal they can give you.
