If you ever find yourself in Paris and looking for kosher food, just know there are tons of options for you. Being in one of the countries with the most Jews, you have an array of options. However to find classical french dishes in kosher is harder. Chez Frank is one of them, and it's incredible. I ordered the Marget de Canard (duck) and the Fondant au Boeuf (beef slow cooked) The duck was so on point and cooked to perfection, it had an amazing taste. The beef with the puree was extremely soft and melted in your mouth. i'm usually not a fan of beef but I loved it and would 100% get it again. I also have the fish ceviche and the Tarte Tatin which I both recommend.
