If you ever find yourself in Airport City, there is one kosher high-end restaurant that will surprise you. Sitting really in the middle of nowhere, is Gaston, a kosher steakhouse that serves some of the most delicious food I've ever had. I was quite skeptical but after going twice I can honestly say it’s excellent. The first time I went I had a veal schnitzel which was surprisingly delicious. And the second time I had the salmon, and I believe it was one of the best fishes I've ever had in my life. It's on the grill so it has a little bit of a smoky taste but it was cooked to perfection, soft and light. I would absolutely recommend this place to any meat lovers out there.
