There are not so many nice vegetarian places in Jerusalem, but Kalo is one of them. The restaurant doubles as a small store and they have different menus depending on the day. They have limited options that are filled with very original recipes and mixes. If you are into very hipster vegetarian type restaurants that have spelt and gluten-free options with goat cheese and sprouts this place is for you. The place is a bit expensive but so is every restaurant in Israel, so nothing out of the ordinary. My dish was a little salty- but maybe it was just a mistake from the kitchen.
