Harvest Steakhouse is a staple of Jerusalem meat lovers. They have a very specific menu of smoked and grilled meats and that is what they are known for. They often run out of the popular dishes since they smoke them 12 hours in advance and therefore cannot make more. When I was there they ran out of both ribs and a few other things, so GO EARLY. I received an Asado rib with fries as well as a brisket sandwich with onion rings. The Asado was extremely flavourful and very well smoked. However there wasn't a lot of it and the price is quite high but I believe that's normal with this quality of meat. The brisket sandwich however was nothing life-changing, it was tasty but I would suggest going for a more authentic dish. The fries and the onion rings were regular, they make the onion rings on site.
Although this restaurant is a little bit expensive, because you're getting a type of meat that is kosher and very high-quality it makes sense and in my opinion, worth it. The staff was super efficient and service was very fast, the atmosphere is also simple but cute.
Please note do not confuse this restaurant with Harvey's burger shack which are two completely different restaurants in different locations.
